Yes! If you can't or don't want to eat any ingredient and you haven't entered it in the survey, please contact our Customer Service department - we will add your exclusion and this ingredient will not appear in your diet.

Of course! When filling out the survey, just enter meat as one of your exclusions. Your plan will not contain meat at all. If you did not enter meat as an ingredient you want to exclude when filling out the survey, please contact our Customer Service - we will exclude meat from your diet completely.

Since diet plans are personalized for each customer, we will send the package within 1-2 business days after placing the order. The plan will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.

We send our plans in an email to the email address you specify. To download a plan, just click the green “Download my plan” button in the email - this will start the download to your computer or phone.

If you don't see the message with the plan or you can't download the plan:

Check if the message with the plan did not end up in the SPAM, NOTIFICATIONS or OTHER folder (sometimes our messages can end up there).
Make sure that the attachment download blocker is not enabled in the device settings.
Make sure you are looking for a plan in the email box where you expect to receive the message (especially if you have several email accounts).
